Partnos Oy uses Toneco’s background music services across its different locations in the Sastamala area, including café-restaurant Funkkistalo, the restaurant and event venue Tyrvään Pappila, and Kärppälä Riding Stable. All of these locations use the Toneco Pro background music player, which offers ready-made playlists and the ability to create custom playlists for various needs.

The company’s goal is to deliver memorable experiences and exceed customer expectations — including through music. Background music supports the unique identity of each venue and creates a sense of privacy between table groups in the restaurants. Above all, the purpose of the music is to strengthen a positive atmosphere.

In the riding stable’s arena, background music is played both during events and according to customer requests. The audio setup is designed so that music can be played only in selected spaces, and the system can also be connected to the public address system.

Partnos CEO Satu Herrainsilta says that the soundscape adds significant value to horse events and supports safety. “We can choose music based on the event, such as western music for our western-horse events. In everyday operations, customers also have the option to choose background music to play in the arena during their riding time. Safety is our top priority at Kärppälä Riding Stable, and background music is a safer option than riding with headphones.”

The collaboration with Toneco has been smooth: “We are not professionals when it comes to music equipment, but Toneco has helped us in every situation where we’ve had questions about equipment or the software. All devices were delivered pre-installed, and we also received comprehensive training for the entire staff on how to use the software,” Satu explains.
